Job Description:

Enterprise data modeling and metadata management.

Designing archival frameworks for CRM and AIMS data.

Collaborating with CRM and infrastructure teams to align configuration management with governance standards.

Leading deduplication and master data management initiatives.

Preparing documentation and conducting knowledge transfer sessions for staff.

Responsibilities:

· The consultant must demonstrate significant experience in enterprise data architecture, with emphasis on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and its related database systems.

· Extensive experience (8+ years) in enterprise data architecture, data governance, and metadata management.

· Proven ability to design and implement data retention and archival strategies for large-scale systems.

· Strong knowledge of CRM data structures and integration with external systems.

· Familiarity with master data management and deduplication strategies.

· Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills to support cross-divisional initiatives.

· Equivalent experience may be considered.
