Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep ownership of provider management processes and platforms. The ideal

candidate will have a strong understanding of the provider lifecycle, including credentialing workflows and operational

processes, and will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver well-defined, value-driven

solutions.

Responsibilities:

· Provide technical and functional expertise to Salesforce project.

· Lead Salesforce enhancements in a hands-on manner.

· Own and lead provider management processes and the supporting platform, ensuring alignment with business and operational needs

· Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end provider lifecycle, including onboarding, credentialing, maintenance, and termination workflows

· Investigate and validate the “why” behind change requests, ensuring requirements are driven by true business needs rather than assumptions

· Proactively challenge assumptions, validate stakeholder inputs, and uncover underlying business drivers

· Translate complex business needs into clear, complete, and testable functional requirements

· Lead process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation to identify improvement opportunities

· Facilitate and lead stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement review sessions

· Validate business challenges and ensure proposed solutions align with operational realities and system constraints

· Manage and groom the product backlog, define user stories, and maintain clear and measurable acceptance criteria

· Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and shared understanding throughout the delivery lifecycle.

· Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst, preferably within healthcare or provider management domains

· Strong knowledge of provider lifecycle management and credentialing workflows

· Hands-on experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation

· Expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, and business process improvement

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog management and user story definition

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

· Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
