Job Description:
The Windows Admin will support enterprise applications and infrastructure by translating business requirements
into technical and security architecture specifications. The role involves application-layer server administration for
COTS systems, troubleshooting complex connectivity issues, analyzing system logs, and providing Level 3
technical support across Windows OS environments. Responsibilities include authentication configuration,
performance tuning, log analysis, integration troubleshooting, and automation via scripting tools. The
administrator will work closely with agencies and business areas to ensure secure, stable, and reliable system
operations.
Responsibilities:
· 84 months experience translating business requirements into technical and security infrastructure architecture documentation (data flows, system interfaces, authentication).
· 84 months experience as a Server Administrator at the Application Layer for COTS applications, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and L3 support on Windows OS, IIS, Tomcat, WebLogic, Certificate Services, Active Directory, SAML v2.0, and OpenID Connect.
· 84 months experience providing L3 support for COTS/business application interfaces & system interconnects (Networks, Stealth firewall software, F5, Load Balancing) in mixed environments to diagnose connectivity issues.
· 84 months experience providing L3 support using tools such as WireShark, Process Monitor, Netstat, Ping, Traceroute, Telnet.
· 60 months experience supporting COTS/business applications using Splunk for log analysis, monitoring, and performance tuning.
· 24 months experience scripting with PowerShell, WMI, or other scripting tools to automate and administer application maintenance.
